Welcome to GameMe. By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use GameMe. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party authentication (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
GameMe allows you to create, publish, and share games and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it on GameMe, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your User Content in connection with operating and improving the App.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

GameMe uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate game code based on your prompts. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and moderating any content generated through the App before publishing it.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by GameMe and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any User Content or AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameMe from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
